2011 has been a busy year: my new gardening-and-cookbook, 'Seasons at Home: food family friends and style' has just been launched. And 2012 promises to be even more hectic -  and exciting! Stay tuned for the announcement of a really exciting event for book lovers! While readers often claim that I lead an ideal life of wandering around beautiful gardens, chatting with garden lovers, smelling the roses, eating cake and drinking tea, there are some tricky moments in a garden writer's life: even moments of danger.
